Work experience: President and lawyer of the International Bar Association of Moscow. Specialization: corporate law, real estate, international law, arbitration process. Matvey has a license to provide legal services in New York, USA.

From 2001 till 2003 Matvey worked in leading foreign and Russian consulting companies. Since 2001, he is the President of the International Legal Foundation, which provides public and religious organizations with the legal assistance on a non-reimbursable basis. M. Levant is the author of a number of publications in Russian and foreign publications on issues of Russian law, co-author of the monograph “Procedural basis of medical examination” in three editions. Matvey participated in drafting normative legal acts, including draft federal laws and draft normative legal acts of federal executive bodies, and of subjects of the federation.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Smolensk Humanitarian University with the specialization in Civil Law and the Foreign Languages ​​Department of the Smolensk State Pedagogical University, with the specialization in Philology. Represented the interests of heads of subjects of the Russian Federation in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction.
